The next step is loan servicing, which includes collecting your payment each month, applying it to principal and interest according to your amortization schedule, handling escrows for taxes and insurance, as applicable, and providing you balance information and annual reporting for tax purposes. All payments will be made to Stifel Bank & Trust.

You will have access to your account online approximately seven business days after closing. To view or direct automatic payments, go to www.stifelmortgage.com and click on Login in the navigation. Under My Stifel Mortgage, click Login and follow the prompts to enroll in online loan servicing. Here you will also be able to review all the details of your loan. You may want to bookmark your My Stifel Mortgage login page.
