We're Updating Our Terms of Use Agreement

At Stifel, we are always looking to enhance our digital platforms, improve your experience, and keep you informed about our latest updates. We have recently amended our Terms of Use Agreement, which defines the relationship between you and Stifel. We hope this page is helpful but urge you to read the Terms in full. Updates include:

  • Zelle® Payment Service Annex
    • We have added the Zelle® Payment Service Annex which covers terms applicable solely to the use of the Zelle® Payment Service. The Zelle® Payment Service Annex is applicable to you if and to the extent you receive or use the Zelle® Payment Service.
  • Secure Communications Services Annex
    • We have added the Secure Communications Annex which covers Secure Communications Services, as they become available, consisting of Document Sharing, My Vault, and Secure messaging offerings.

Updates include:

  • Bill Payment Annex
    • The Stifel Bill Payment Annex has been updated due to a change in the way the transactions are processed. Bill Pay transactions are now processed via Stifel Bank.
  • Card Management Service Annex
    • The Stifel Credit Card Management Service Annex has been updated to cover Stifel Bank debit cards and Stifel CMA debit cards, in addition to Stifel Bank credit cards. The annex will now be titled the Card Management Service Annex.
  • Section 9 – The Account Sharing Service
    • The Account Sharing Service in Section 9 has been updated to cover the added functionality that allows third parties with whom you have shared your account(s), by default, to deposit funds into your account(s) using Stifel Wealth Tracker if that third party is also a Stifel client. You may elect to remove this added functionality at any time, using the controls within Stifel Wealth Tracker.

  • Section 2 – Your Agreement With Stifel
    • We have updated the Stifel FUNDS TRANSFER SERVICE ANNEX, which covers electronic funds transfers between Stifel accounts, to also cover ACH transfers between Stifel and external accounts.

Updates include:

  • Section 2 – Your Agreement With Stifel
    • We have added the Stifel CREDIT CARD MANAGEMENT SERVICE ANNEX, which covers the credit card management services and card holder agreement for holders of the Stifel Bank Credit Card.
