What is Stifel Wealth Tracker?

Stifel Wealth Tracker is an application designed to help you organize your financial life and get a true picture of your net worth. Use Stifel Wealth Tracker to securely view all of your financial information – your investment and retirement accounts, checking and savings accounts, mortgage, student loans and other loans, credit cards, and more – in one place. This innovative application connects with more than 14,000 leading financial institutions to provide you with an aggregated view of your accounts.

Stifel Wealth Tracker will track your net worth and monitor your progress toward your goals. Additionally, Stifel Wealth Tracker gives you access to research reports from Stifel’s nationally recognized stock analysts to help you make informed investing decisions. Best of all, personal service is only a click away – whenever you have questions or need assistance, Stifel Wealth Tracker can connect you to a financial advisor in your area.

While Stifel Wealth Tracker is designed for everyone, Stifel clients get the benefit of these additional features:

  • View your realized and unrealized investment gains and losses
  • Access your statements, trade confirmations, and tax forms
  • Share your accounts with trusted individuals or professionals
  • Transfer Funds between eligible accounts

What are the system requirements for Stifel Wealth Tracker?


We recommend the following when using Stifel Wealth Tracker:

  • iOS – Version 16.0 or later
  • Android – Version 12.0 or later
  • Windows – Windows 10 or later
  • Mac OS – Version 14 or later
  • Browsers – Microsoft Edge, Firefox (latest), Google Chrome (latest), Safari (latest)



Enrollment

Stifel Wealth Tracker requires a first name, e-mail address, home or mobile phone number, username, and password. Stifel clients will need additional information, including one of their account numbers.

What information is required for enrollment?


  • Mobile device or computer
  • E-mail account to use in registration
  • Phone number to receive a six-digit verification code
    • Home phone to accept the code via phone call
    • Mobile phone to accept the code via text or phone call
  • Stifel account number if you are a client

Enroll by downloading the Stifel Wealth Tracker App from the App StoreTM or Google PlayTM Store or using a web browser.

Enroll Using a Web Browser

Steps for enrollment:


  1. Click on Sign Up or Enroll Now, not Log In.
  2. Select whether you are an existing client.
    • If you are not an existing client, you will be asked if you are located in the USA.
    • If you are not a current Stifel client and are not located in the USA, you will not be permitted to enroll in Stifel Wealth Tracker at this time.
    • If you are a current Stifel client not located in the USA, view our International Enrollment and Setup Guide.
  3. Select phone number type – mobile or home.
  4. Complete the enrollment fields by indicating client status, creating a username and password, and providing contact information.
    • Usernames must contain 8-16 characters with at least one letter and no spaces or special characters.
    • Passwords must contain 8-22 characters and require at least one number, one lower case character, and one upper case character.
    • The e-mail address and phone number will require validation later in the enrollment process.
  5. Complete the additional enrollment fields:
    • Stifel Account Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Social Security Number
  6. You will be asked a series of authentication questions to verify your identity. Choose the correct answer for each question and select Continue. Once you have successfully answered the required questions, select Continue to proceed.
  7. To confirm that a valid e-mail address, home phone, or mobile phone number has been entered, you will be prompted to verify the information with a secure access code. Choose the method of delivery, indicate whether you want the secure access code delivered via phone call, text, or e-mail, and then select Verify.
    • Please Note: Stifel’s electronic document delivery feature requires a validated e-mail address. Please choose to verify the e-mail address if electronic delivery settings will be changed upon first login.
  8. After successful validation, a user agreement will display. Please read carefully and select “ I Accept ” if you agree and wish to continue.

What if I don’t remember my password?


If you have already enrolled and are unsure of your password, visit www.stifelwealthtracker.com page and click Forgot Your Password.

Security

During the enrollment process, why do I need to verify my identity via e-mail or mobile device?


Establishing a trusted contact method during enrollment enables us to send a secure access code to verify both your identity and the devices you use to view the application. This is a one-time temporary access code that will expire after a few minutes.

While you are not required to register your device, doing so provides an extra layer of security for your account information. Additionally, by registering your device you will not need to have a secure access code e-mailed or texted to you every time you log in. We do not recommend registering on devices meant for public use.


Can I register more than one device?


Yes. You can register multiple devices.


If my login ID is locked out, how can I unlock it and reset my password?


To unlock your account, contact Stifel Wealth Tracker Support Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT or Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT at (866) 697-8433. Once unlocked, you will need to enter your login ID into Stifel Wealth Tracker and proceed through the Forgot Your Password process.



Privacy

If I no longer want to use the Stifel Wealth Tracker application, can I delete my account?


You can request to delete your Stifel Wealth Tracker account at any time. We will securely delete your application account information from our systems.

Stifel Wealth Tracker users who do not have Stifel accounts associated with their login can delete their application account by selecting Profile from the menu then selecting Delete Profile at the bottom of the page. The Stifel Wealth Tracker Support Team will be notified to remove the profile and any data associated with it.

To delete a Stifel Wealth Tracker account for Stifel clients, please call the Stifel Wealth Tracker Support Team at (866) 697-8433.


If I no longer want to share my data from externally linked accounts with Stifel Wealth Tracker, can Stifel help me delete external account data?


You can request to delete data linked to external accounts at any time. We will securely delete the external account data linked to your Stifel Wealth Tracker account from our systems.

To request that external account data be deleted from your Stifel Wealth Tracker account, please call the Stifel Wealth Tracker Support Team at (866) 697-8433.


Can I delete my Stifel Wealth Tracker data?


Yes, subject to certain limitations. Stifel Wealth Tracker is an application that allows you to view your financial information, aggregate outside institution data, and share financial data with Quicken and Mint. If you are a Stifel client, however, we may not be able to process your deletion request, such as in instances in which we are required to retain your information to comply with a legal obligation. Even when Stifel Wealth Tracker deletes your data, we may retain information about you for security and compliance purposes, as required by applicable law.

If you are a Stifel Wealth Tracker user who does not have Stifel account(s) linked, you can request deletion through the application menu:

  • Menu > Profile
  • Select Delete Profile at the bottom of the page.
  • The Stifel Wealth Tracker Support Team will be notified to remove the profile and any data associated with it.
