Stifel led a broad array of M&A transactions, committed debt financings and bookrun equity transactions across its full service, industry focused investment banking practice. Firm wide Stifel completed over 225 M&A transactions globally valued at over $70B which included 164 sellside transactions. The Financial Sponsors Group also had a record year, completing over 200 transactions across every product and industry category.
