The second quarter was another busy one for Stifel. In case you missed it, here’s a quick rundown of what we’ve been up to:
Earning recognition. Stifel ranked No. 1 in the employee advisor segment of the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Financial Advisor Satisfaction StudySM for the second straight year! We also ranked No. 1 in three individual categories: leadership and culture, products and marketing, and operational support.
Growing revenue. We posted the second highest net revenue in our history, led by our Global Wealth Management segment, which recorded record net revenue for the 14th consecutive quarter.
Growing revenue, part II. Our Institutional Group had its highest net revenue since 2Q 2022.
Breaking records. Client assets grew to a record $474.1 billion, up 14% over the year-ago quarter.
Recruiting new advisors. We added 14 experienced financial advisors with total trailing 12-month production of $12.2 million.
Expanding advisor resources. We announced a partnership with Pontera, a leading fintech platform that allows Stifel advisors to securely manage, rebalance, and report on their clients’ workplace retirement plan assets.
Winning awards. A record 87 Stifel advisors were named to Forbes’ 2024
Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list.
Earning upgrades. S&P Global Ratings upgraded our long-term credit rating, reflecting sound credit and interest rate risk management, noting it expects Stifel
to “maintain strong capitalization, strong funding, and liquidity at or near current levels.”
