Adam Berlew is Chief Marketing Officer of Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX). He leads a marketing organization responsible for building the Equinix brand, bringing the Platform Equinix vision to life, and helping drive consistent revenue growth through a customer-centric approach. His global remit includes Product and Solution Marketing, Product Led Growth (PLG) Marketing, Field and Partner Marketing, Segment Marketing, Content, Brand, Digital, and Corporate Communications.
Adam has more than 25 years of experience in product and go-to-market roles at leading technology companies, including Atlassian, Google, Brocade, Dell, and several years as a senior marketing leader at Equinix, with expertise spanning cloud computing, AI/ML, telecommunications, consulting services and more.
Adam holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from Brown University.
Adam spent much of his career working for leading enterprise technology companies. He previously served as Head of Global Digital, Enterprise, Economy, and Platform Marketing for Atlassian. Prior to that, Adam was Executive Director of Cloud AI Strategy, Operations and Global Enterprise Demand Marketing at Google, where he also served as an advisory member for Capital G, Alphabet's independent growth fund. Other executive-level roles have included stints at Brocade, CSSI, and Dell. Adam began his career with Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on market and operations strategy for the technology and telecommunications industries.
Adam also serves as a Member of Glynn100, contributing valuable insights on go-to-market strategies for the Glynn fund. Adam is an integral part of the World Wide Technologies (WWT) Customer Advisory Council, offering his guidance to this black-owned, privately held technology services provider. Adam contributes to the community as an Independent Board Member of the U.S. Olympic Luge Committee and holds a Life membership at the Council on Foreign Relations.
